What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m proud of the relationships I made and am grateful to those who have generously nurtured relationships with me. Accomplishments of mine include being featured in a cover article of Long Island Business News and receiving the CIBS Rising Star Award, both within my first year working in the industry. I attribute these accomplishments to the efforts I’ve put into exposing myself to opportunities that formed relationships which have shaped me and become dear to me, professionally and personally.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My mother – Her integrity directed towards patience and compassion in the workplace has been an important virtue I aspire to incorporate in my professional relationships.

She is an incredibly hard worker and creative dealmaker. Juliana’s impact on the firm/industry is undeniable. What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Reliable, inspiring mentorship. The gender of mentors does not matter, but the ability to ask questions, be heard, and thoughtfully educated is critical to growth.
