Goldfeder joins Katz & Associates in New York City

Englewood, NJ Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, announced that Ian Goldfeder will be joining Katz’s New York City office. Goldfeder will be an associate working on tenant and landlord leasing.

Ian Goldfeder’s previous real estate experience includes working at Welco Realty as a summer intern in 2022.

Goldfeder recently graduated from Tulane University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in finance and a minor in real estate.
