Naples, FL Andover Properties announced the acquisition of a 105,000 s/f self-storage facility. The facility, previously operated as Jim’s Stowaway, will be rebranded under Andover’s Storage King USA brand.
The property offers over 600 storage units that are both climate controlled and conventional drive-up. It also includes two retail storefronts currently occupied by Napa Auto Parts and KC Marble & Tile. The asset is located less than 1,000 feet from Storage King USA’s existing asset in Naples.

The Storage King USA portfolio now totals 158 facilities in 18 states across the country, particularly in the Sunbelt. There are now 43 locations in Florida.
