Manhattan, NY Cresa has acquired Vicus Partners. Founded in 2007, Vicus has long been considered one of the top boutique firms in New York City, known for its roster of clients, ranging from seed-stage start-ups through Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on such sectors as tech, media, finance, and education. The nine-person team, led by founders Bert Rosenblatt and Andrew Stein, with former COO Gabi Koshgarian, is joining Cresa’s New York office, headed by managing principals Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig.
“The members of the Vicus team will be a great addition to the New York office,” said Sabesan. “We have known the principals for many years and we share a common philosophy based on a commitment to providing the finest, conflict-free services to office occupiers.”
Added Mosenblatt, “We are thrilled to merge into one of the most respected companies in our industry. We look forward to working with its international network and expanding our reach through Cresa’s great resources.”
Both firms are known for exclusively representing occupiers. In addition, Cresa is recognized worldwide for specializing in fully integrated real estate services, from brokerage through project management.
