B&B Investment Grp. relocates to 6,000 s/f at Trump Tower, 725 Fifth

According to Ilan Bracha and Haim Binstock, chairmen of B&B Investment Group, they have expanded their operations and moved into a 6,000 s/f office space located on the 19th floor of the Trump Tower, 725 Fifth Ave. The remodeled office space took over six months of construction and cost $2 million. The interior, with full-height floor-to-ceiling windows, has panoramic views of the city and a circular reception area featuring two Italian white marble reception desks. The office houses 25 employees. Trump Management was the previous tenant. Binstock and Bracha were intimately involved in all aspects of the renovation process, from designing the layout to selecting the finishes. They consulted with the renowned Studio GAIA, one of the country's most celebrated hospitality design firms. B&B Investment Group, a private equity fund for the acquisition, development, and financing of real estate specializing in luxury hotel, residential, commercial and mixed-use projects was founded by Ilan Bracha and Haim Binstock. Binstock, a property developer with over 30 years of development and construction experience, began his foray into Manhattan real estate 10 years ago with Bracha, serving as his real estate agent. Starting from small studio investments, Bracha and Binstock's portfolio expanded to five bedroom condos, a mixed use townhouse in the East Village, a medical center, an office/retail building on Fifth Ave. and most recently, the acquisition of a $60 million commercial and retail building on 57th St. The building will be torn down next year and replaced with a mixed-used building that will include retail space, a boutique hotel and condominiums. B&B Investment Group will invest throughout the world, with a primary focus on New York City.
