What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? One of my biggest challenges as a leader was transitioning from working independently to building a team. Time management became crucial during this adjustment. Overcoming it required careful planning and developing a solid schedule. I implemented time-saving tools and delegated tasks to team members effectively. By maximizing productivity and utilizing the strengths of my team, I successfully managed my time and led the team to achieve our goals.
