What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The Building Congress has touched nearly every major development in the tri-state area. Recently, I am most proud of two things: First, our research and advocacy in Albany on transit-oriented development. Our report, “Next Stop: Transit Oriented Development,” highlights sites around subway/commuter rail stations that can benefit from rezonings and policy shifts to create denser neighborhoods with high job access. Second, forming our Infrastructure Action Council to spur movement on IIJA funding in Washington.
