Perlman of Largo Capital arranges $2.8 million in construction financing

Orchard Park, NY Ned Perlman, vice president of originations at Largo Capital, has arranged $2.8 million in construction financing for the development of an office property.

The project consists of the ground-up construction of a two-story, 12,000 s/f commercial building located off U.S. Rte. 20A.
