BBG-BBGM elevates Hedgecock to managing ptr.; hires Hochlerin as principal of strategic planning

According to BBG-BBGM, senior partner Louis Hedgecock, AIA has been promoted to managing partner, and Marc Hochlerin has been hired as the firm's principal of strategic planning.  Hedgecock will oversee the direction and strategy for the N.Y. office's architectural practice and act as lead administrative partner, directing all business and legal activities. A licensed architect in multiple states, with over 28 years of design experience, Hedgecock has extensive global experience directing and managing a sizeable portfolio of signature projects worldwide. Since joining the firm in 1989, Hedgecock's attitude and experience has helped create an ethic of commitment to the firm's design philosophy and has guided the firm's expansion. Hedgecock has a masters in architecture from Columbia University and a bachelor of arts from Rice University. Hochlerin will oversee BBG-BBGM's client services division and overall business development, marketing and public relations strategy worldwide. Prior to joining BBG-BBGM, Hochlerin was principal and director of global operations for Shen Milsom & Wilke. Hochlerin is accredited by The International Communications Industry Association as a certified technology specialist.
