NYSCAR is passionate about the laws that affect all of us, on local, state and national levels. Our affiliations with NYSAR and NAR give us a voice in opposing legislation that would hurt our industry as well as in supporting positive legislation. This political “watch dog” function of our organization is critical to safeguarding the livelihood of our members.
NYSCAR Continuing Commercial Education - FREE!
With the new state education requirements NYSCAR and the advent of ZOOM CE course there is a commitment to include a certain number of CE credits every year included with the cost of membership.
NYSCAR Standard Forms
Access standard forms designed specifically for use by commercial practitioners. The standard forms include Exclusive Right to Sell, Exclusive Right to Lease, Exclusive Right to Sell or Lease, Tenant/Buyer Representation, Exclusive Right to Exchange Property, Letter of Intent, Purchase and Sale Contract, Escrow Addendum, and Amendment to Professional Services Agreement.
