Managing director Peter DeCheser has been chosen as the exclusive broker for the sale of 73 Leonard St. and 35 Walker St.in TriBeCa, the Chapel Moran Inn and 10-12 Maiden Ln. located in the Financial District. 35 Walker St. is a three-story, 24-ft. wide store and loft building located on the south side of Walker St. between Broadway and Church St. The 12,500 s/f building is currently unoccupied. 73 Leonard St. is a five-story, 25-ft. wide store and loft building located on the north side of Leonard St. between Broadway and Church St. This 12,500 s/f building is currently 100% occupied. The Chapel Moran Inn is located at 103 Washington St. on the east side of Washington St. between Rector and Carlisle St. This is an unoccupied, completely-renovated mixed-use property with a turn-key restaurant and seven stories of apartment above, all consisting of 10,200 s/f. The property at 10-12 Maiden Ln. is a five-story, 45-ft. wide store and loft building located on the south side of Maiden Ln. between Broadway and Nassau St. in the Financial District. This property consists of 13,709 s/f, with an additional 34,900 buildable s/f consisting of unused air rights.
