What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Assisted a large academic medical center in obtaining approvals from the town of North Hempstead Board of Zoning and Appeals in connection with their proposed plan to convert an existing commercial retail building in Manhasset to an ambulatory care center. The facility will contain ambulatory surgical suites, supportive diagnostics, medical offices, over 70 clinic beds, storage, and support space. The property is over nine acres and the facility will be over 160,000 s/f.
