According to Two Trees Management, 14 new tenants, representing a mix of graphic design, marketing, and advertising companies, have recently signed leases in DUMBO, totaling over 24,000 s/f. The spaces at 45 Main St., 55 Washington St. and 20 Jay St. continue to attract creative tenants.
At 45 Main St., Mammoth Advertising, LLC, a full-service entertainment marketing agency, signed for 4,616 s/f for three years. Other tenants new to 45 Main St. include marketing companies, FSL Media, Inc., and Ologie LLC; and graphic design firms Calliope.com LLC, Riss Design LLC, Strut NYC, Ltd, Freshthrills, LLC and Smoke Creative, LLC.
At 55 Washington St., 853 s/f office space on the newly renovated seventh floor has been leased to Ingredient, Inc, completing the leasing of the total 21,527 s/f of available space. Ingredient, Inc. specializes in brand design, marketing and consulting. Marketing firm D.L. Ryan Companies; and digital marketing company Web Liquid US, LLC, are also among the tenants new to 55 Washington Street.
Brooklyn Digital Foundry, signed a five-year, 2,382 s/f lease for the new penthouse space at 20 Jay St.
Caroline Pardo represented Two Trees Management in all of these transactions. Laki Latinka Igrutinovic of City Connections Reality Inc. represented Calliope.com LLC, and Riss Design, LLC, while all other tenants represented themselves in their respective deals.
Two Trees Management Co. owns most of the Brooklyn neighborhood of DUMBO as well as significant properties in the Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill area. The company's holdings include 13 buildings and the second largest portfolio of commercial space on the Brooklyn waterfront, which spans 3 million s/f.
