Okada & Company hires Fleischman, Mareddy, and Reavill

New York, NY Okada & Company (Okada & Co.) has hired three new team members: Alex Fleischman as director of business development, Kanuka Mareddy as assistant construction manager, and Avery Reavill as associate director.

Fleischman is responsible for setting goals and developing strategic plans for both new business opportunities and revenue growth for the company. Fleischman is a graduate of Manhattanville College and Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He is also a licensed real estate agent in New York.

Mareddy supervises Okada & Co.’s communication process with contractors, adherence to OSHA regulations and maintaining proper documentation. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in civil engineering and engineering mechanics at Columbia University.

Reavill brings his experience as a dealmaker in representing both tenants and owners at Okada & Co. Reavill worked as a tenant representative at Gold Properties NYC. Reavill earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University.
