Bohemia, NY P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) has hired three new associates for the engineering, environmental, environmental compliance and human resources division.
Alejandro Zapata, project engineer at PWGC, has a wealth of experience in construction oversight and inspection work on public-works projects in Suffolk and Nassau County. His responsibilities will include construction oversight in the role of a resident engineer on PWGC’s sitework and water treatment projects, as well as office engineering on drainage, civil/site and municipal projects.
Alex Epifanio, a recent environmental studies graduate from SUNY Plattsburgh, will work with the environmental unit as an evironmental hydrogeologist focusing on remediation and due diligence projects throughout New York. He will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services.
Jillian Winters joins as a human resource manager responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. She provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, the board of directors and employee-shareholders.
PWGC has promoted six asssociates. Their hard work, dedication, as well as demonstrating their ability to manage a larger workload and accept greater responsibilities, were deserving of recognition.
