Keefe of HK Group serves as sole broker for $82.25 million sale of 1311 Mamaroneck Ave.

Parker Corporate Center, the 335,000 s/f class A office complex, comprised of three interconnected buildings at 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. has been sold for $82.25 million to Caesar Figoni from Westbury. At closing, the buildings were 95% occupied to tenants such as The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Orthonet, Acadia and Gerber Life. Matthew Keefe, president of HK Group, was the sole broker between the buyer and seller, Onyx Equities and Urdang Capital Management.
