Brooklyn, NY Hanson Place Seventh-Day Adventist Church, MDG Design + Construction, NYC HPD, NYC HDC, Citi Community Capital, The Richman Group, and other partners are celebrating the “topping off” of Hanson Place Community Plaza, a 104-unit affordable housing development under construction in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

This $65.7 million project will build a transformative new housing development to help prevent displacement and encourage economic growth in Fort Greene.

The development will create quality and affordable homes available for low, moderate, and middle-income families. The 13-story building will incorporate Green and sustainable design features and include 22,000 s/f of community space, an 8,000 s/f medical center with affordable healthcare programming for the community, and a 250-person multi-purpose room.
