CREW New York (CREWNY) has announced the appointment of our incoming 2023 Board of Directors. Several veteran board members are joined by six new board members.
Incoming president Michelle DeCarlo of Jaros, Baum & Bolles is joined by several fellow veteran Board members – president-elect Anuska Amparo of First Nationwide Title Agency, LLC; Immediate-past president Julia Rocco of Kimco Realty; secretary Erin Timko of Trepp, LLC; and treasurer Nicole Radumski of Valley National Bank. Iris Rosa of Cushman and Wakefield will serve as chief diversity officer/member-at-large .
The 2023 officers are joined by Career Advancement chair, Robin Landow of Landow and Landow Architects; Communications/PR chair, Melissa Slavin of Bohler; Legacy Leaders chair, JJ (Jacqueline) Falk of Perkins Eastman Architects; Member Engagement & Empowerment chair, Allison Robin of Envoie Projects LLC; Membership chair, Annie Garcia of Stewart Title; Network & Member Recognition chair, Rachel Merva of Allianz Real Estate of America; Sponsorship chair, Jaimee Nardiello of Zetlin & De Chiara LLP; Programs chair, Kenne Shepherd of Kenne Shepherd Interior Design Architecture, PLLC; and Young Professionals chair, Julie Reimann of The Durst Organization.

Together we will work on advancing opportunities for women in CRE.”
The individuals on the CREWNY Board of Directors come from a broad spectrum of qualified fields in commercial real estate that includes engineering, title/escrow, architecture, brokerage, asset management, commercial lending, title/escrow, program management/project management and many more. The Board’s responsibilities are to provide guidance in the operations and direction of CREWNY and to steer the organization to a sound future by ensuring that our mission is fulfilled in the most effective ways possible.
