Hummel of JF Real Estate arranges 1,100 s/f lease to IMA

Patrick Hummel of JF Real Estate recently brokered a lease between Industrial Medical Associates, P.C. (IMA) and North Plaza Associates, LLC for 1,100 s/f at North Plaza, 3600 Brewerton Rd. IMA recently relocated its business from 5655 East Taft Rd. and provides drug and alcohol testing services.
