Hartman joins CBRE as a vice chair

Manhattan, NY According to CBRE, William Hartman has joined the firm’s Advisory & Transaction team as a vice chair. Hartman specializes in life science landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to CBRE, Hartman was an executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield. Over his 33-year career, he has been involved in more than 15 million s/f of leasing and sale transactions. Hartman turned his focus to life science in 2005 and since then, has established himself as a leading national and international life science expert..

Hartman received an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. He is an active fund raiser for the Children’s Scholarship Fund, a program that provides a top-quality education to underprivileged, at-risk, inner-city kids as well as for the Navy Seal Foundation.
