Castillo and Curley of CBC Prime Props. brokers $1.32 million sale

Vicki Castillo and Todd Curley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties represented the seller in the sale of the former O'Callaghan's Restaurant at 14 Phila St. The building is 6,400 s/f and was purchased for $1.32 million. The purchaser is from Ireland who plans to open an authentic Irish Pub. The purchaser was represented by Marc Goldstein of Columbia Realty.
