Finn and Simpson of CBRE handle $6.5m sale

Peter Finn, executive vice president of CBRE/Syracuse, and Dan Simpson of CBRE/Albany, exclusively brokered the $6.5 million sale of the Riverhill Garden Apartments, which equated to $63,725 per unit. Located at 185 Van Rensselaer Blvd., the Riverhill Garden Apartments is a 102-unit, 18-building complex with 26 garages, representing 117,000 gross s/f. The buyer was a N.Y.C.-based investment fund which will continue to operate the property as a market rate, multifamily apartment complex.
