Breslin Realty brokers three retail leases totaling 50,500 s/f

Bohemia, NY Breslin Realty negotiated three long-term retail leases.

Tree Shops Christmas Tree Shops will be occupying 38,000 s/f in the Sayville Plaza, at5181 Sunrise Hwy.

Christmas Tree Shops is a department store for housewares, furniture, year-round seasonal décor, party goods, and food & drinks.

Ken Breslin, president of the Breslin Realty Development Corp., represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Breslin Realty signed a long-term lease with Boot Barn at 5187 Sunrise Hwy.

Boot Barn will be occupying 10,000 s/f in the Sayville Plaza.

Boot Barn is a national retail chain with a variety of Western and work-related apparel, including work boots, cowboy hats, shoes, outdoor gear and accessories.

They are one of several new tenants coming to the rejuvenated Sayville Plaza in the coming months, including the recently signed F45 Fitness, which will be opening later this year.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale.

Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Christmas Tree Shops, Panera Bread, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, F45 Fitness, Sprint, Floor & Décor, At Home, Aldi, and Joanne’s Fabrics.

Breslin Realty negotiated a long-term lease with Noodles & Company at 909 Broadhollow Rd., Farmingdale.

Noodles & Company will be occupying 2,500 s/f in the Republic Plaza.

Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant that offers international and American noodle dishes in addition to soups and salads.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale.
