Alpha Realty hires Marciano as part of expansion

New York, NY David Marciano has joined Alpha Realty from Westbridge Reatly Group.

Marciano joins Lev Mavashev’s team on the investment-sales side.  As a senior director, he will help grow the brokerage firm’s presence in northern Brooklyn, focusing on mid-market multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout Williamsburg and Greenpoint.

Throughout his career Marciano focused on the sale of multifamily and mixed-use buildings in Brooklyn. His clients included private investors, local owners, and institutional funds.

Marciano, who has 11 years of experience in investment sales, has been recently involved in over $500m of aggregate transactions throughout the boroughs of NYC.
