County executive Mike Breslin spoke to the CIREB membership on many issues at the marketing session on October 2nd. Dreslin discussed economic development/empire zones, focusing on high tech, green energy, nanotechnology, bio/alternative fuels and alternate care for the elderly.
The session was hosted by CB Richard Ellis/Albany and held at 1762 Central Ave.
CBRE/Albany associate broker Dan Davitt listed 3,348 s/f of office space in this multi-tenanted building.
