Malul & Bassal of Schuckman lease office space to Children’s Aid

Staten Island, NY Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 10,000 s/f office space at Edgewater Plaza. Ari Malul and Jack Bassal of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the tenant, Children’s Aid. The landlord was represented by Howard Seidenfeld of Global Realty Services.

Children’s Aid Society is a nonprofit organization providing services to children, youth, and families in under-resourced neighborhoods across the five boroughs of New York.
