CBRE arranges 1,686 s/f lease for Joe & The Juice

New York, NY In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Joe & The Juice, an international chain of juice bars and coffee shops, has inked a 1,686 s/f retail lease at 357 Lafayette St. Serving predominantly coffee, juice and sandwiches, the shop will occupy 906 s/f of prime ground floor space and 780 s/f on the lower level of the luxury multifamily property. 

The CBRE team of Henry Rossignol and Anthony Stanford represented Joe & The Juice in the lease negotiations with building ownership, Twenty Nine Great Jones Street Corp. The asking rent for prime ground floor space was $333 per s/f. 

“NoHo has developed into one of the trendiest Manhattan markets over the last few years, and the area aligns perfectly with our client’s branding and future expansion plans,” said Rossignol. “Along with new locations recently signed in the Flatiron District at 929 Broadway and the West Village at 304 Bleecker St., we’re excited to start a new round of expansion on behalf of Joe & The Juice, which plans to open 10 to 15 similar-sized stores over the next year and a half.”
