Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:
Cultivating strong client relationships is a core value for LMJ. After working on many prior projects with our client Ascent Pharmaceuticals, we were awarded to design and construct one of their largest scaled projects, a 320,000 s/f pharmaceutical building. This major project exemplified LMJ’s morals and trust that had been developed over the years.
What award were you most proud to receive?
The Long Island Business News “30 under 30 Award,” which recognizes dynamic young professionals who have made an impact in the community. My roots and passion reside in Long Island and the ability to work on projects that impact these communities is a major accomplishment.
What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?
To always focus on the bigger picture and continuously learn, this is essential for both personal and professional growth. Surround yourself with likeminded individuals and welcome insight and advice. Develop and mentor a strong team that feels valued and proudly represents your brand.
What is your management style?
I am constantly looking to strengthen my workplaces culture by encouraging a hardworking, dedicated team with strong communication. I strive to be a leader that listens, mentors, and invests in the longevity of my employees. Being adaptable to change is key in managing an effective workforce.
