New York, NY Designers have unveiled a first look and initial details of The Harper, a new 21-story condominium building conceptualized inside and out by architectural practice ODA. Located at 310 86th St., and developed by IGI, The Harper is under construction, with the building topped out and the stepped façade taking shape.
The property sets forth to strike a balance between the neighborhood’s traditions and forward-looking contemporary living, with 63 limestone-clad homes which range from two-bedrooms to four-bedroom residences.
The building’s façade, crafted from limestone and punctuated by oversized windows, creates an additional level of privacy while paying homage to Art Deco influences; ODA’s design approach imbues these cues with a modern twist aided by technological advances in design and construction.
The building’s facilities will include a 24-hour attended lobby and live-in super, and a suite of lifestyle offerings such as a fully equipped fitness center, children’s art room, playroom, games lounge, and music center.
CORE, the exclusive sales and marketing agency for The Harper, will launch sales of the 63 condominium homes in early 2023.
