Rosewood Realty closes $14.75m sale

Manhattan, NY Rosewood Realty Group delivered the sale of two Harlem apartment buildings for a total of $14.75 million.

The first is a six-story, 56-unit elevator apartment building that sold for $8.75 million. Rosewood’s Aaron Jungreis, Ben Khakshoor and Alex Fuchs represented the buyer, a private investor and the seller, 610 Realty Associates, LLC.

In the second deal, Rosewood Realty Group delivered the sale of a four-story, 18-unit walk-up apartment building with three commercial spaces for $6 million. Khakshoor and Fuchs represented the buyer, Sapphire Investments and the seller, Madison Realty Capital.
