Perinton, NY Uniland Development Company plans to construct a three building, 124-unit multifamily apartment complex off Pittsford Palmyra Rd. The location was selected based on its location central to local restaurants, businesses, shopping, parks, as well as access to the I-490 Expwy. and the I-90 New York State Thruway.

This project is synergistic with the town of Perinton’s goal to create communities which embrace a live-work-play lifestyle. Not only will the new residential units infuse additional vibrancy into the adjacent CrossKeys Office Park, but future residents will appreciate the central location and nearby amenities.”
Construction is targeted to begin in early 2023 and will take approximately one year to complete.
The mixed-use residential development will include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Planned on-site amenities include a fitness area, community center, indoor parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and outdoor recreational space with grilling areas and fire pits.
This development is Uniland’s second in the area. Constructed in two phases, Uniland developed and manages The Glen at Perinton Hills on the opposite side of Moseley Rd. That project, which features 123 apartments as well as light retail and office space, has been at full occupancy since opening in 2016. The second phase, which became the first mixed-used community in the town, was completed in 2020.
