Largo arranges $18 million loan for Hampton Inn & Suites in Naples, FL

Naples, FL Kevin Coscia, managing director at the Largo Group of Companies, secured a $18 million, 75% LTC construction loan for a 124 key Hampton Inn & Suites. 

Naples is currently experiencing a population boom and record-breaking tourism. The greater Naples area has grown by 20% since 2010, and Naples ranks as one of the best beach towns in the US.
