Clifford Chance signs lease with Brookfield Properties at Two Manhattan West
New York, NY According to Brookfield Properties, international law firm Clifford Chance will move its New York office to Two Manhattan West, a 58-story, 1.9 million s/f office skyscraper located within the Manhattan West neighborhood. The building which is currently under construction and slated for completion in early 2023.

With more than 7500 people and a presence in five continents, Clifford Chance is one of the ten largest law firms in the world both by number of lawyers and revenue. Approximately 500 employees will relocate from its current office space in midtown with the move planned for 2024.

Two Manhattan West represents the final piece of the master planned Manhattan West neighborhood. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Two Manhattan West is targeting LEED Gold designation and features energy-efficient design, optimization of electrical service performance, the use of sustainable materials and the maximization of natural light. Building amenities include a tenant-exclusive 3,200 s/f landscaped terrace, bike storage with lockers and showers, a fitness and wellness center, conference centers, and private parking. Tenants of the Manhattan West campus have access to transportation hubs Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall, and dining, retail and entertainment offerings.
CBRE’s Stuart Eisenkraft, Chris Hogan, Lewis Miller, Ramneek Rikhy and Andrew Sussman represented Clifford Chance in the long-term deal.
