New York, NY The Moinian Group has completed a long-term retail lease with Lids at its 545 5th Ave. property. This is a new location for the sportswear company, which signed a 4,872 s/f lease for space on the ground, mezzanine, and lower levels. Lids is expected to move into their new space in Q3.

“Lids is an exciting, well-known sportswear retailer and an excellent addition to our sports-themed tenancy at 545 5th Ave.,” said Ted Koltis, executive vice president of Commercial Leasing for The Moinian Group. “We are proud and excited to continue our collaboration with the Lids organization, which also manages the NBA Store. The synergy created between these two retailers will be dynamic.”

There was no outside broker on the Lids transaction.
