Coscia of Largo facilitates $8.7 million hotel refinance in Cooperstown

Cooperstown, NY Kevin Coscia, managing director at the Largo Group of Companies, secured an $8.7 million non-recourse, interest only loan for the refinance of a 74 room Holiday Inn Express.

The area benefits from nearly 500,000 annual visitors, many of which come for the Baseball Hall of Fame and annual Baseball Tournaments. The property is located north of the city’s largest park and south of the Baseball Hall of Fame.
