It was at Rosen that I learned the "nuts and bolts" of the shopping center business. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Kimco Realty Corp., a real estate investment trust (REIT), owns and operates one of the nation's largest portfolios of neighborhood and community shopping centers.
