Five Below is opening in Nassimi Realty-owned Botany Plaza

Clifton, NJ Five Below, the American chain of specialty discount goods, is opening a location as a new tenant at Botany Plaza.

The space is approximately 10,000 s/f and construction will begin this month, with a grand opening before the holiday season.  

Botany Plaza is a 200,000 s/f strip center anchored by Burlington, Key Foods, and LA Fitness, The center has more than 18 tenants. 

Nassimi Realty developed the shopping center in 1993. Chaim Wiater, director of Leasing at Nassimi Realty, said “Five Below moved forward with the space because of the location. We know many shoppers visit our shopping center due to the half tax policy on all goods. After bringing in Burlington late last year, Five Below is truly the perfect tenant.”
