Columbia Property Trust signs full floor lease with Cadre at 315 Park Ave. South
New York, NY Columbia Property Trust, Inc. has secured a full-floor lease with Cadre at 315 Park Ave. South, a 20-story boutique office building just off Madison Square Park.
Cadre is a technology-driven real estate investment platform geared toward both institutional and individual investors. Under the new 10-year lease, Cadre will establish its headquarters across 315 Park Ave. South’s 17,050 s/f seventh floor in fall 2022. The firm is relocating from the Puck Building at 295 Lafayette St.
After acquiring 315 Park Ave. South in 2015, Columbia completely transformed the 331,000 s/f tower into an office destination in one of Manhattan’s most popular office districts, and it has continued to attract firms seeking the energy of Midtown South and a Class A office experience. With the Cadre signing, the building is 97 percent leased to an impressive roster of prominent tech and financial tenants, including financial data platform PitchBook, cryptocurrency exchange Gemini Trust, and Amazon’s interactive streaming service, Twitch.
