LICN will provide an orientation for Realtors new to commercial real estate. The first one was so well received that another is in the works allowing for more members to take advantage of the education and experience the group has to offer. The orientation will be run by some of the veteran members and will provide information about the workings of commercial real estate with special emphasis on the differences from residential. LICN is committed to being a resource for those Realtors transitioning into commercial who would like to become more professional and successful in this arena. This will be a continuing series.
