Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage handles two sales totaling $9.725 million

Buffalo, NY Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) brokered two sales totaling $9.725 million.

According to Richard Schechter, associate real estate broker for C&W|Pyramid, Worksport, Ltd, a Canadian company that  manufacturers tonneau covers for truck beds, has purchased the former Certo Brothers Distribution Company complex located at 2500 North America Dr. in West Seneca. The 152,847 s/f building sits on 14 acres, and sold for $8.125 million.

Worksport was represented by Eric Tudor, a principal broker with Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate. Worksport plans to shift its manufacturing operations from Yantian, China to the new location. The company will also shift some work currently done at its headquarters in  Mississauga, Ontario, to the new location and plans to initially hire 16 workers locally.

30 Bryant Woods North - Amherst, NY

Additionally, Actuarial Consulting Services, Inc. purchased 30 Bryant Woods North in Amherst from Bryant Woods Partners LLC for $1.6 million. The 15,065 s/f building is situated on 3.62 acres.

John Ticco, III, SIOR, associate real estate broker and Richard Ryall Ledyard, real estate salesperson at C&W|Pyramid, handled the negotiations for the sale. Ticco represented the seller while Ledyard represented the buyer.
