Construction begins roof repairs at Ogden Ave. Residence at 156 West 164th St.

Bronx, NY Bellet Construction is embarking on an extensive roofing project at the Ogden Ave. Residence at 156 West 164^th St. Owned and operated by the 163^rd Street Improvement Council, Inc., the 40-unit, single-room occupancy residence is one of three properties in the group’s locally-based residential portfolio.

For more than a decade, Bellet Construction has been providing exterior repairs, restorations, and roofing work at the Council’s properties, including the Veralyne Hamilton Residence on Franklin Ave. and the Flossie Wilson Residence on Rev. James A. Polite Ave. The current project at the Ogden Ave. Residence entails waterproofing and roof repairs, including roof flashing repairs.

Bellet Construction will begin the work summer 2022 with estimated completion in the fall.
