Rao of NYCRG completes $3.15 million sale of a 16,000 s/f mixed-use building

Frank Rao of New York Commercial Realty Group's (NYCRG) sales division closed a deal at 140 Old Sawmill River Rd. for $3.15 million. The two-story mixed-use building classified as an office business park type, which was designed by renowned architect Reanto Severino, is 16,000 s/f and sits on 1.28 acres overlooking Rte. 9A.
The main warehouse section is 4,700 s/f with 22' ceilings and has a 1,000 s/f section connected to it. The main headquarters is 5,100 s/f and consists of a reception area, office space, individual offices with terraces, a conference room, kitchen and a dining lounge. The remaining 5,000 s/f section was used as a biotech lab. Vijay Raghavan of Vijay Realtors Inc. represented Gene Link, the seller of the building.
Michael Rao, principal at NYCRG said, "Being able to have a commercial deal in contract within the first couple of months in a corporate environment is usually unheard of since the first year is dedicated to training."
