October 10, 2008 - Shopping Centers
American Continental Properties LLC has awarded Levin Management Corp. its second retail leasing and management assignment in as many months, according to Matthew Harding, Levin's president and COO. The latest involves Rockland Center, a 264,793 s/f, grocery-anchored community shopping center on Rte. 59. The property sits just one block from Rte. 304, which, along with Rte. 59, connects to the nearby NY State Thruway.
Currently, Levin is marketing the only two available units at Rockland Center of 1,740 and 7,573 s/f. A lease is currently being negotiated with a national tenant for an 11,000 s/f vacancy.

Headquartered in North Plainfield, N.J., the 56-year-old company services privately owned corporations as well as institutional and individual private owners.
