New York, NY Douglaston Development's property management affiliate, Clinton Management has signed a 5,200 s/f, 10-year lease with the International Print Center, a non-profit arts institution dedicated to presenting the print works of emerging, established, national and international artists at 535 West 24th St.

Clinton Management represented the landlord in the transaction. Alf Naman of Alf Naman Real Estate Advisors Ltd. represented the tenant.

“We are excited to welcome the International Print Center to West Chelsea, extending our commercial footprint in the area and further adding to the growing presence of art galleries in the neighborhood,” said Ryan O’Connor, president & CEO of Clinton Management. “Amidst the challenges the pandemic posed on the arts, leasing velocity for art gallery spaces has and continues to increase and we’re thrilled to be able to provide spaces for those operations.”

When the space opens in the summer of 2022, International Print Center will utilize its brand new, 5,200 s/f, ground-floor space to display a myriad of prints crafted by emerging, established, national and international artists. Additionally, various exhibitions, public programs and tours will be provided to those visiting the location. The International Print center is replacing the Bruce Lederman Gallery, the space’s previous occupant.

535 West 24th St. houses modern, bright, and spacious gallery and office space. Each space includes individual HVAC and electric meters, exposed brick, ADA compliant bathrooms, keyed elevators and security gates, new lighting and paint, and refinished floors. The building is accessible via multiple forms of transportation including the A, C, E, L, and 1 subway lines and provides quick walking access to New York City landmarks including The High Line, Chelsea Market and Hudson Yards.
