New York, NY Property Group Partners and Cushman & Wakefield has arranged several lease renewals at 600 Lexington Ave., a 300,000 s/f office building in the Plaza District of Manhattan.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Tara Stacom, Harry Blair, Justin Royce and Connor Daugstrup represented the landlord, Property Group Partners, in the transactions.

“We are pleased that our existing tenants are renewing and, in some cases, expanding their commitments to the building,” said George Cantrell, executive vice president of Property Group Partners. “We have added amenities to the property, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, locker room facilities and conference center, differentiating 600 Lexington Ave. from nearby office properties and solidifying the building as a premier asset.”

“600 Lexington Ave. is home to a myriad of financial and professional services firms. Property Group Partners has done an incredible job with maintaining the property and adding new amenities, giving tenants a best-in-class office experience,” said Blair.

Featured transactions include:

  • LibreMax Capital, an asset management firm, renewed its 12,487 s/f lease on the seventh floor.
  • MKP Capital Management, an investment management firm, renewed its 8,577 s/f lease on the 16th floor.
  • KCL Capital, an investment management firm, renewed its 6,780 s/f lease on the 28th floor.
  • Blaylock Van LLC, an investment banking company, renewed its 5,195 s/f lease on a portion of the third floor.

The asset is equipped with new, high-quality, tenant-only amenities, including a 24-hour fitness facility furnished with Peloton bikes, cardio and strength training equipment, a yoga studio, free weights and luxury private locker rooms with towel service. The property also boasts a conferencing center with a spacious 22-person board room adjacent to a pantry and lounge area.

The building’s construction offers flexible side-core floor plates that give tenants optionality when designing space, multiple building setbacks, allowing abundant light and air while also providing private terraces for tenants. The building’s tower also has a 360-degree skyline views of Manhattan.

600 Lexington Ave. is located next to the 51st and Lexington Ave-53rd St. subway stations, offering adjacent access to the 6, E and M subway lines. The property is also a short walk away from Grand Central Terminal where Metro North can be accessed and, soon, the LIRR via the East Side Access project.
