CBRE arranges 18,500 s/f office lease for ADP at 530 Seventh Ave.
New York, NY In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a provider of resources management software and services, has inked an 18,500 s/f office lease at Savitt Partners’ boutique office property at 530 Seventh Ave. ADP will occupy the entire 15th floor.
CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King, Al Golod and Max Tarter represented the building ownership in the negotiations along with the Savitt Partners’ team of Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz, while the CBRE team of James Ackerson and Patrick Moroney acted on behalf of ADP. The asking rent was $59 per s/f.
