New York, NY Cushman & Wakefield's real estate services firm has arranged a long-term, 3,766 s/f lease for Molyvos, a Greek restaurant, at 402 West 43rd St. The tenant will occupy the ground floor and basement area.

The space on West 43rd St. was the former home to Esca, a restaurant we frequented and loved, so for us this was a serendipitous find. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Moran, Patrick O’Rourke and Catherine Merck represented the landlord, Related Companies, in the transaction.
