Brooklyn, NY Eagle + West, developed by Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group, is the newest residential offering located within the Greenpoint Landing master planned development. The two towers will bring a total of 745 units of housing and public open space to the neighborhood, expanding the existing esplanade.

The towers, designed by Marmol Radziner and OMA Architects, include a new open space that will focus on natural landscaping and expansive green spaces, creating a variety of experiences along the shore, including a lawn, picnic area, garden walk, and some salvaged maritime pieces found at the site.

Amenities within the towers include a game room, co-working lounge, great room, test kitchen, fitness center, pool and pool lounge, children’s room. main and upper terraces with outdoor grills and bocce ball, and a unique workshop room.

In joint venture with Park Tower Group, Brookfield Properties is developing a total of 2,000 units across four development sites at Greenpoint Landing, a 22-acre site situated along a half-mile of East River waterfront. The first building, 359-unit One Blue Slip, opened in August 2018, along with 1.1 acres of public waterfront open space. Two Blue Slip, which features 421 units, opened in February 2020.

In this next phase, 30% of all units will be income-targeted through the Affordable New York program. Eagle + West Towers will be completed in Spring 2022.
