New York, NY Mission Capital Advisors (MCA), a national loan sales advisory, due diligence and capital markets firm and a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), announced that Pierre Bonan joined the firm as a director based in the firm’s New York City office. Bonan is a financing professional with 20 years of experience in capital markets, loan sales and targeted property auctions. 

Bonan will work closely with MCA senior managing director David Tobin originating, structuring and trading commercial loan and REO sales. Bonan moved over to Mission Capital from Marcus & Millichap’s Real Estate Investment Sales unit, where he had been collaborating with the Mission Capital team since its 2020 acquisition.  

“Pierre and I worked together 20 years ago, and we have been working together again since our acquisition by MMCC.  We were excited when we had the opportunity to formalize the relationship because he is a pro and brings a wealth of knowledge of the auction process for loans and REO sales to our team” said Tobin.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Bonan was with Ten-X, serving as an executive for more than seven years, in which he was recognized as an expert in online real estate auctions. Bonan oversaw the sales of more than 300 non-performing loans and REO.
