Manhattan, NY Cresa Global Inc. vice president Nicholas Markel has arranged a lease for Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP at 70 East 55th St. The full-service law firm signed a 10-year, 10-month lease for 5,835 s/f, comprising the entire 19th floor of the 27-story, class-A office building, located between Madison and Park Aves.
“The firm wanted the benefits of a full-floor space in a centrally-located class A building,” said Markel. “We negotiated an excellent transaction for them, which included build-to-suit provisions that meet their requirements for space, amenities, and privacy.”
Representing building owner, Amtad LLC, was JLL’s Diana Biasotti, senior vice president/brokerage. Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone plans to relocate from its current offices at 460 Park Ave. in spring 2022.
